I am a happy person.  I like to have fun.  I love the Lord.  I also enjoy swimming and skating.

I work out on a regular basis.
Ok, so I walk for 30 minutes in the morning and I spend 30 minutes in the swimming pool.

I eat pretty healthy.  I am not a health nut, but I believe in being healthy.
